These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Glow Me website and the purchase of our products.

1. Products

All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.

2. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and authorise us to charge the full order amount. We accept major debit/credit cards and process payments securely.

3. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Glow Me is not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window for unused and unopened items. For hygiene reasons, opened sachets or strips cannot be returned. Please contact us at glowmeteeth@gmail.com to initiate a return.

5. Sample Bundle Terms

The Sample Bundle includes one strip each of Peppermint, Watermelon, and Strawberry flavours. It is currently sold out. You may join our waiting list to be notified when it becomes available again.

6. Limitation of Liability

Glow Me is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products. Always read instructions carefully and use as directed.
